Welcome to Maricopa Debutante Organization
My name is Kiana Earley-Palafox and I am the director and founder. I noticed that our teens were being greatly underserved. We are providing etiquette, financial literacy, college prep and even tackling the mental health side of things. We want these teens to be able to aspire and reach their goals.

Our Culture
This is an organization that will not only teach your teen etiquette but will also help them with college admission, job interviews, and financial literacy. We pride ourselves on setting these young men and women up with the tools they need and guiding them to a path of immense personal growth.
Who We Are
The Committee is made up of strong confident women in the Maricopa Community that call this place home. They are business owners, Coordinators, Journalist, HUD Officers and Future Council Women!
