James Kevin Earley served as a Law Enforcement Corrections Officer for 31 years and stood as a pillar in his community. His commitment to youth development began long before his career in corrections. In Los Angeles recreation centers, he dedicated his time to steering young people away from gang violence and toward brighter futures.
His service extended beyond mentorship. He regularly donated supplies and clothing to group homes, ensuring that youth in need had access to essential resources and a sense of dignity and care.
During his work with the Youth Authority, he became a mentor to young men seeking a second chance. He guided them with accountability, compassion, and the belief that change was always possible. He often said, “The only difference between them and me is one very bad day,” a reflection of his deep empathy and understanding.
James Kevin Earley passed on July 7, 2023.
The Maricopa Debutante Organization was established on February 27, 2024, in his honor, continuing his mission to uplift, guide, and invest in the next generation
Become a part of our community and help us create lasting change. I am calling all small business owners to donate to this fund so we may send our local teens off to college with money to cover their books!

“To mentor and guide young men and women to grow in their individuality, to become strong confident leaders and to foster unity within the community while making memories along the way.”

We want to see the young men and women tap into their true potential and unlock their own individual talents and gifts that will lead them down a successful path.

This is an organization that will not only teach your teen etiquette but will also help them with college admission, job interviews, and financial literacy. We pride ourselves on setting these young men and women up with the tools they need and guiding them to a path of immense personal growth.
